Training with Robert has helped me carve out a pathway for a lifestyle overhaul and I have got amazing results. Training outside is so much fun and the sessions are always varied and enjoyable. Robert is professional, friendly and always encourages you to go that little bit further than you thought you could to achieve your goals.
Working with Robert on my fitness has been great. He is encouraging and supportive in all aspects of my well being. Our sessions are hard work but always with an element of fun and enjoyment which is important to keep me motivated.
Currently as a student I struggle to find the motivation to go to the gym. However, Roberts home training sessions have allowed me to be comfortable in my own environment. I trained with Robert two years ago and made excellent progress . He has a positive attitude, is professional and his motivation has helped me not only with transforming my body but in every day life.
As an aging football player I found myself picking up more and more injuries. Robert helped me to rehabilitate post injury but also worked with me to strengthen and stretch specific muscle groups to give my body more balance and flexibility – I’m now fitter and much less injury prone! Robert pushes me, is very charming and knowledgeable, and I find the sessions both physically rewarding and enjoyable.
I've been working with Robert since 2019. Firstly face to face. Then on Zoom, through lockdown and since. He is very supportive and adapts our sessions to cater for the occasional injury or condition. I'm 73 and not a natural gym bunny, but he motivates me to exercise regularly and properly. He also gives sensible diet advice. I feel Robert has become a good friend too
